The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and I loved the bathroom and shower; all the staff members were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

The standard double room was new-fashioned with a view, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Great service, best and amiable staff. The stunning location for the price, so close to market and restaurants as well as the square at the center of town. Also, next to the restaurant...

    Internet connection was low.

The room was equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a mini fridge bar, and coffee/tea making facilities. The hotel's location is fantastic, very close to the center of town. It's in an area that was still open. Rewritten review: The room had all the amenities I needed, including a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a mini fridge bar, and coffee/tea making facilities. The hotel's location is fantastic, very close to the center of town, and in an area that was still open.

Attentive and friendly staff who were quick to help out. The room was really spacious and clean, with a great shower in the bathroom. It even had gates for added security. 🌟

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Mestia. The staff was incredibly kind and spoke fluent English, making me feel safe and comfortable throughout my visit. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a luxurious touch. I especially loved the marble bathroom and the balcony with its breathtaking view of the snow-covered mountain peaks. The shared facilities, such as the rooftop terrace restaurant and the delicious breakfast, added to the overall enjoyable experience. The location right in the center of town was also perfect, making it easy to explore all that Mestia has to offer.

There was only one small drawback during my stay at this hotel - the noise from the neighbors' house could be heard from the balcony, making it a bit uncomfortable to spend time there. However, this did not diminish the overall great experience I had at this hotel.

The staff was also incredibly friendly and welcoming, making my stay even more pleasant. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the room and hotel facilities. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and I loved the hotel's rooftop bar which offered amazing views of the surroundings.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the center of town. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Mestia. The staff were incredibly kind and spoke fluent English, which made communication effortless. The rooms were comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed the balcony view of the snow-covered mountain peaks. The attention to detail in the marble bathroom added a touch of luxury to my stay. The breakfast was simple but tasty, and the fabulous views from the windows made it even more enjoyable.

    No complaints, everything was great.

Clean and comfortable with convenient location. The rooms were spotless and beds were comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's rest after a long day of work. The hotel’s location was perfect for me, as it was close to the main square and many restaurants. the breakfast was tasty and included a variety of dishes.

Noisy surroundings and poor ventilation in washroom. Unfortunately, the balcony faced a neighbor’s house, which caused noise and made it uncomfortable to use.

Amazing facilities with a stunning rooftop bar and terrace to enjoy the perfect view of the mountains with a drink in your hand! the breakfast was a delightful surprise, offering a smorgasbord of mouthwatering choices. As for the location, it is perfectly situated near everything you need; it is very convenient.

The room may seem quite old and moldy with an uncomfortable bed, a pillow and smell, but it was still manageable for a business trip. Plus, no AC units, and the rooms can get quite hot, making it difficult to sleep.

This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of town, making it an excellent choice for exploring the area. the rooms and bathrooms are both clean and comfortable, with plenty of amenities to make your stay more enjoyable. the staff is friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast is tasty and filling, ensuring that you have the energy you need for a busy day. Finally, the view from the rooftop bar is simply breathtaking, providing a stunning backdrop for your evening drinks.

Some guests may find the noise level to be a bit higher than expected, due to the residential area nearby.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a small town surrounded by breathtaking mountains. The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the town on foot, and I particularly enjoyed the stunning views of the Svan towers and the mountains from my room's huge balcony. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast served at the hotel had a fabulous view from the windows.

    Everything was perfect.

The location was perfect, right in the city center, close to markets and restaurants. The room was cozy and clean, and I loved the stunning views from the breakfast area and rooftop. The staff, especially Mr Georgi, was very supportive and friendly. The restaurant, 360 degrees, was the highlight of my evening with its delicious food and mountain views. The internet connection was also great. I highly recommend this hotel for its value for money and excellent amenities.
